So I don’t work out a lot but when I do I do Russian Kettleballs. It’s a new Hollywood fad I think. The new Pilates so to speak. I don’t know if it’ll catch on. But I like it because you use small weights and my problem is that I need definition in my flabbiness :P

I got the idea from reading an article about Katherine Heigl. Who is by far one of my current FaVORitE AcTREsSeS. Hehe.
