=) I found out about this art like a year or two ago and I fell in love with its simplicity. It’s american art, simple. Dolls they used to make in the 1800s here in America. Probably mostly in Southern United States. I think they’re so cute.

Those are doorknob hangers I got at http://www.primdoodles.com. She has a bunch of printables. Like recipe cards, note card, shopping lists, etc. Soooo cute and free.

Here are some other Primitive art sites on the web. They sell CDs, custom graphics, dolls, arts and crafts, web sites, etc. I just think they’re adorable. But some are so expensive. :omygoodness:

I’ve found a new obsession. Amigurumi. It’s Japanese arts and crafts. Crocheting little stuffed animals and toys. They are sooooo adorable and easy to make. I’m going to get the supplies next week and start my new obsession. They are toooo cute.

I’m in a Japanese mood tonite. I’m in love with “Blythe” Dolls. They’re big in Asia.

They’re expensive though. $120 and up. The one below is $600. Doh.

So cute though.
