Yah, definitely. It was worth it for me to see it on the big screen for all the special effects. I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much if I saw it on regular TV.

Yeah, it’s definitely not the kind of movie that is made to make you think…more like a sensory overload so seeing it on a big screen with big sound is a must. Take a big bucket of popcorn too so that your sense of taste doesn’t feel left out.

Yah, I thought it was a great movie too. I don’t know if I’ll see it on DVD. Maybe if I can watch it on a huge HD TV with surround sound.

Yah, the special effects are definitely for the big screen. And yes it was not a deep, involving plot, but I think the director and producers knew it wouldn’t be. Still a good movie though.

2012 was amazing! A little bit too long but all in all I thought it was a sweet movie!! the special effects were pretty awesome too.. I watched it in the movie theatre but I will probably rent it when it comes out on dvd and watch it again.. its quite interesting . I give it….. 8.5 out of 10 golden nuggets.

I think you and your wife will really enjoy it in the theater. You’ll enjoy the special effects much more on big screen. It’s a long movie though. So be prepared to be there for almost 3 hours. But you’ll get your money’s worth. I hope you two enjoy it

Cool. Thank you for suggesting it be seen in the theater for the special effects. I was planning on waiting to see it on DVD because it’s easier to take turns watching it with my wife than getting a babysitter. I think we will get a sitter and go and see it on the big screen.
